Through the use of automated machinery it enables cabinets to be cut, mitered, and edgebanded with precision. Shown on the right hand side is APlus' CNC machine cutting a sheet of plywood for the back panel of a cabinet. Once the pieces are cut the supervisor of this machine comes and takes the pieces of wood off the deck of the machine, numbers them, puts the customer name, and stores them on a rack to go down our assembly line to be built, edgebanded and stained. At the sametime as all this is going on, doors are being cut on a machine as well as the inside molding being hand crafted into the door. This gives each door a totally unique quality that will make the cabinet turn out as one of a kind. The next step for the doors are for them to have the thick center panels inserted inside the door. Once this has happened, the doors are then assembled and go to the sanding department to be distressed, smoothed, and detailed to provide APlus customers with the best quality. After the guys are done sanding it goes on to be prepared for staining/ painting.
